Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or are not in original condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without receiving return authorization.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return authorization is valid for 7 days from approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we may request photo or video evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
